One of the most important services that a chamber of commerce can provide to its members is the opportunity to network with fellow business members. Networking is one of those crucial success factors for any business - but in particular for the home-based business.
Once a month our membership meets at our Chamber Networking Breakfast. These meetings allow members to mingle in an informal atmosphere, discuss business items of mutual interest and enjoy a great hot buffet breakfast. Because we understand the value and importance of networking, we encourage all of our members to attend. We ask that members pre-register with the Chamber office by noon the preceding Friday as we have a limit of 70 spaces available.
Breakfast cost is $10.00 per person for Members and $15.00 for Non-Member Guests.
Held the 3rd Tuesday of each month (check our home page for location), coffee is served at 7:00 am with the buffet breakfast starting about 7:30 am. While we eat, a presentation is usually given by a member business which has offered to sponsor the breakfast. Before closing, any member has an opportunity to introduce themselves and/or make a brief announcement. We endeavour to finish by 9:00 am.
You get a great breakfast, meet some interesting people, and maybe even close some business. What a great way to start your day!
